Bangladesh reported 41 deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, climbing the national toll to 26,972 across the country so far.

Besides, some 1,953 new cases were reported during the same period. With this, the total number of infections stood at 15,32,366 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Monday (September 13).

Alongside, as many as 4,112 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 14,82,933, the release said.
