Md Siam Hossain, an aide to key mastermind Akhtaruzzaman Shahin in the murder case of Jhenaidah-4 constituency MP Anwarul Azim Anar, has been arrested in Nepal.

Chief of the Detective Branch (DB) of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) and Additional Commissioner Harun-or-Rashid told this to journalists at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka around 10am on Saturday (June 1).

Meanwhile, a four-member team, led by DB Chief Harun-or-Rashid, departed for Nepal this morning.
