Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested a man named Ziauddin alias Rufi, in connection with the death of popular actress Humaira Himu.

The RAB’s media wing commander Al-Moin confirmed the matter on Friday noon (November 3).

Earlier, Humaira Himu died at her residence in Dhaka yesterday.

Actors Equity Guild general secretary Rawnak Hasan said that the body of the actress was taken to hospital for autopsy. After that, her namaz-e-janaza will be held at Channel I chattar.
