Gold prices drop by Tk 1,750 a bhori
The Bangladesh Jewellers Association (Bajus) has reduced gold prices by Tk 1,750 a bhori for the local market.
From tomorrow (Sunday), the price of each bhori or 11.664 grams of 22-carat gold ornaments will be sold at Tk 98,211.
Bajus took the decision on Saturday to adjust the prices.
A press release signed by MA Hannan Azad confirmed this.
