Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni said, “The 12th parliament election will be held as per the constitution. The visa policy imposed by the United States of America won’t affect this election.”

She said this while replying to a question of journalists before attending an inaugural function regarding educational activities and smart app in Habiganj Agricultural University on Tuesday (September 26).

“Bangladesh is an independent and sovereign country. We have an independent election commission. The upcoming national election will be held as per the country’s constitution. The USA visa policy won’t affect this election,” Dipu Moni said.
