Three winners of Nagad-Mastercard Lakhpati campaign have received prizes from Nagad’s head office in the city.

Nagad, a leading mobile financial service, recently handed over the cash prizes to its first, second and third position customers of the Nagad-Mastercard Lakhpati contest campaign.

Under the campaign, Md Marfot Ali received the first prize of Taka one lakh, while Mosammat Farzana Khatun got the second prize of Tk 75,000 and the third prize of Tk 50,000 went to Runa Kabir.

Executive Director of Nagad Mohammad Aminul Haque, Chief Commercial Officer Md Shihab Uddin and Chief External Affairs Officer Sheikh Shabab Ahmed were present at the prize giving ceremony.

Besides, Country Manager of Mastercard, Bangladesh, Syed Mohammad Kamal and its Director Zakia Sultana were present on behalf of their sides.

Customers received cash bonuses against add-money to their wallets from Mastercard under seven specific slabs. A customer enjoyed a cash bonus once under each add-money slab – a total of Tk. 1,000.

They won the prizes by adding money to their Nagad wallets from Mastercard issued by Bangladesh Bank-approved banks and non-bank financial institutions.

Md Shihab Uddin Chowdhury of Nagad said, “We are working towards ensuring a transaction system that is both convenient and affordable for our customers. We have got a huge response to this campaign. We will continue to come up with more and more customer-centric services in future.”
