Actress Pori Moni has been taken to Kashimpur High-Security Central Jail in compliance with the court order.

A prison van carrying Pori Moni reached the jail at 6:55 pm on Friday (August 13). She will be kept in the female section of the jail.

Abdul Jalil, Jailer of Kashimpur Central Jail, confirmed the matter.

Earlier, Metropolitan Magistrate Dhiman Chandra Mondol rejected Pori Moni’s bail petition and sent her to jail at the noon.
