A night curfew has been imposed in the capital, the Delhi government on Tuesday announced that curfew will be continue till 30 April with immediate effect.

The night curfew will be in place from 10 pm to 5 am every day till the end of the month.

The Delhi government has also issued detailed guidelines for the night curfew as per which there will be no restriction on traffic movement. However, e-passes will be required for several activities during the night curfew timings.

Importantly, only those people allowed to travel during the night curfew like healthcare workers will be able to use public transport during the night curfew.

The Delhi government has said that night curfew rules will be applicable to the movement of people and not essential goods and services.
