Ten pro-Jamaat lawyers of the Supreme Court have lodged a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Commission against the Election Commission (EC) on charge of money embezzlement.

The complaint was filed with the anti-graft body against chief election commissioner, other commissioners, former and present secretary of the EC and its staff and employees for their alleged involvement in embezzling around Tk 7.47 crore by making fake bill voucher and in name of training.

The lawyers placed their complaint to the ACC office on Thursday (January 07).
