A Dhaka court has summoned four people including Nobel Laureate Dr. Muhammad Yunus of Grameen Communications in a case filed over violating labour act.

Dhaka 3rd Labour Court Chairman Rohibul Islam on Monday passed the order asking them to appear before the court on February 6.

Dr Yunus is Chairman of the Grameen Communications. The other accused are its Managing Director Naznin Sultana, Director A High Khan and Deputy General Manager (DGM) Gouri Shankar.

Serestadar of the court Jamal Uddin confirmed the news to reporters.
