Police along with other law enforcement agencies have sieged a suspected militant den at Ashulia under Savar Upazila, outskirts of the capital Dhaka.

Police cordoned off a two-story building of Aktar Hossain adjacent to Gokulnagar Bazar of Ashulia since Monday evening.

Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP-Savar circle) Saidur Rahman confirmed the news.

Top officials including Additional DIG (Dhaka Range) and Superintendent of Police (SP) were present on the spot while the report was filed
