Expelled Jubo League Dhaka south leader Ismail Hossain Chowdhury Samrat has been admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).

Central Jail Jailer Mahabubul Islam told jonotarsomoy.com, he was taken to hospital from Kashimpur High Security Jail when he fell sick on Saturday night.

Earlier on October 8, Samrat was taken to the CCU of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) and later he was shifted to the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD).

On October 6, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested the ex-Dhaka South Jubo League president Samrat, and his accomplice Arman from the Chauddagram upazila of Comilla, over their alleged involvement with illicit casino operations.
