So in the system of Shari\u2019ah, one cannot vote for another in any way. And if anyone can prove it, I will take responsibility myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The CEC came up with comments while exchanging views with different candidates of Sylhet City Corporation (SCC) elections at Jalalabad Gas Auditorium of Mendibagh in the city on Saturday (June 10).<\/p>\n<p>He said, \u201cWe will monitor all polling centres through Close Circuit (CC) cameras. If any voter can\u2019t cast his\/her voting right, you will shout.
