But the country&#8217;s stock markets will remain open during lockdown.<\/p>\n<p>Government notification will be issued soon in this regard, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction time will depend on the transaction schedule of the banks. However, the transection schedule would be shorter than the banks working schedule.<\/p>\n<p>BSEC Executive director also spokesperson Mohammad Rezaul Karim said, if the banking transection continues during \u2018all out\u2019 lockdown then stock markets will run for the sake of stock holders.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Bangladesh government imposed a 7-day countrywide lockdown, starting from Monday, primarily as Covid-19 situation has taken a very dangerous turn here.<\/p>\n<p>The authorities of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and two other stock exchanges advised investors to adopt digital methods (mobile phones, e-mail, online, apps) for the transaction of the stock market.<\/p>\n<p>S\/A\/10\/04\/2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The government of Bangladesh is going to start a strict lockdown due to the terrible affect of corona virus from April 14.On that day on,no vehicles will run on road and no shops and shopping malls will remain open except health servicing centre and dispensaries.
